Professional Air Duct Cleaning. 10 Steps to our exclusively duct cleaning process

As proud members of the NADCA and IAQA, our unique 10-step Duct Cleaning Process applies negative air pressure source removal when cleaning the HVAC conveyance unit and Air Duct Systems. This cleaning procedure is the BEST effective source removal method currently available under the NADCA and EPA guidelines. The push/pull concept uses a powerful vacuum and compressed air physical agitation tools to break debris free and push it through the ductwork while a powerful vacuum downstream pulls loosened material through and out of the HVAC system. Our certified technicians practice furnace and air duct cleaning in accordance with NADCA Guidelines and Code of Ethics.

The Air Duct Cleaning Process :

1. The supply and return sides of the HVAC air duct systems are “zoned” so they can be cleaned separately. This is usually accomplished using zone bags.
2. An access hole is cut into the supply side of the HVAC system, the vacuum is connected using a connection collar and the vacuum is turned on outside.
3. All supply registers will be closed off to maximize the negative pressure. At that point, we will then clean one duct at a time using this method: All supply ducts will be cleaned using our viper whip system where we snake down 20 plus ft inside every vent. This will disturbed and dislodge all dust and debris into the main truck lines.
4. After all the supply branches have been cleaned, the main trunks and the plenum drop is cleaned back to the vacuum using our high pressure air compressed agitation air whipping tools.
5. After the supply side is completed, we will then start to work on the return side of the system. An access hole is cut into the return side of the HVAC system, the vacuum is connected using a connection collar and the vacuum is turned on.
6. All return ducts will be cleaned using our viper whip system where we snake down 20 plus ft inside every vent. This will disturbed and dislodge all dust and debris into the main truck lines.
4. After all the return branches have been cleaned, the main trunks and the plenum drop is cleaned back to the vacuum using our high pressure air compressed agitation air whipping tools.
8. After all ductwork, including the main truck lines have been cleaned and ductwork can then be sanitized or disinfected.
9. We then air wash cleaned the furnace, squirrel cage, and blower motor.
10. Once the entire air duct systems cleaning process is completed, all access holes are completely closed using high quality sheet metal sealing off any leaks, making the duct systems easily accessible for repeat cleaning.
11. A final walk through is performed ensuring everything is clean before leaving.
