I had my HVAC ducts cleaned yesterday by Mike & Ash. It was a wonderful experience from the time they arrived to when they completed the job!  Mike & Ash were prompt, professional and did an excellent job cleaning my HVAC ducts. DRX did an outstanding job! Their customer service was excellent, from my first call to schedule my appointment until the time they left. The employees called ahead of time, inside their schedule time, and showed up promptly.  They were kind to ask how to best to work around my husband working, and when would be best to work in his office,  They showed  us before and after pictures. I have nothing but great things to say about DRX Duct cleaning! I had an emergency issue and spoke with George about the situation and he was so wonderful about fitting me in right away.
Erick and Josh did the servicing and they were super professional, explained the process, and were so efficient. I also felt the pricing was very fair and comparable to others I had received.

Great experience with excellent results! Mike and his assistant were courteous and careful - they paid attention to detail; showing me before and after pictures of their work. One of the guys even crawled over the dryer to vacuum behind it and retrieve lost items! The customer service was awesome too...both Paul and Mike were very communicative. I've been using this company for A little over 3 years now, I get my Ducts Cleaned once a year, had construction inside of my house as well as outside of my house and I found there was a lot of dust in my house, regardless of my cleaning crew coming in every two weeks. it's always healthy to clean your ducts At least once a year. And the pricing is Extremely reasonable!
